A new neighbourhood at the southern edge of Tunbridge Wells
We are seeking initial feedback on development proposals from the local community and key stakeholders to inform the evolution of the residential development at land west of Eridge Road, Spratsbrook Farm (as per draft Local Plan Policy RTW-16).
We are designing a new neighbourhood at the southern edge of Tunbridge Wells which will be a landscape-led design to provide for new homes including affordable homes and the introduction of landscape features across the site, including public open space and children’s play space.
We want people who live in the existing local community to help shape the plans by providing feedback on the proposals and sharing ideas for the new landscaped area in the north west area of the site.
Next steps
Before we submit a planning application later this year, we want to understand what the local community thinks.
Our first round of consultation took place from Thursday 10th July to Thursday 24th July 2025. We are using this to inform the detailed design of the proposed development and will seek the community’s further feedback in Autumn 2025.
